Our team training program involves working with each team and their respective coaches to develop a plan as to what goals and the improvements necessary to achieve team success collectively. Areas of improvement could be focused on conditioning, overall strength, speed and agility, jumping improvements, and first step explosion to name a few. We can also incorporate all of those aspects throughout the training.
We can cater our workouts to certain position players within each team for their various needs of improvement. We will also change any exercises or movements based on the athlete’s ability and experience. We make adjustments for any athlete that may be returning from a long lay off or injury as well.
Our positive supportive atmosphere has been very successful in how training has transferred over to improved individual performance and team success as a whole.
